1886: Born in Nottingham, England.
1908: Converted.
1910: Pink crossed the atlantic, intending to study for two years at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. However, after two months he decided to take a pastoral charge in Colorado. Further pastorates followed in California, Kentucky and South Carolina.
1916: Married Vera Russell.
1921: Pink decided to cease pastoral ministry and instead to concentrate on writing Bible teaching materials and to engage in Bible conference work. After producing several books, in 1922 he started a monthly magazine entitled Studies in the Scriptures, which he continued to edit and publish until his death. Most of the material available as books and booklets today has been reproduced from this magazine.
1925: Moved to Australia where they remained until 1928. After a brief stay in Britain they returned to the USA for several years, finally returning to the U.K. in 1934. They lived at Hove in England until the outbreak of war in 1939 when they moved to Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. There Pink remianed until his death concentrating his efforts on producing Studies in Scripture .
1952: Died in Stornoway, Scotland.
A.W.Pink was a man owned of God but rejected by his generation.
